Good bye phrase?

χαίρετε! I was watching a video and an older lady said which I think was, "Παναγια μαζι σου", as a response to "Να 'στε καλά!" I was wondering, when is it appropriate to say this? Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.

Η Παναγια μαζί σου means : may god be with you . The old ladies say this a lot . But if you want to use it , use it in every case you would use the : may the god be with you . Another phrase most common is : στο καλό !

Να ΄στε καλά is a very good response to thank you .
