If you are referring to the lines that appear with points to provide a way to manipulate the shape, then those will not appear when you export the file. They should only appear when the object is selected. They should be the same color as the layer it is on. You can double click on the layer to change its name or color.
If you are talking about the outside line of the shape it is referred to as the stroke. You can change that color on the bottom of your tool bar most likely down the left side of your screen along with the fill by double clicking on the filled in or outlined square. They are in front of one another so whichever is sitting forward is the one you are manipulating at the moment. If you want to switch to the opposite (stroke vs. fill) then you simply click on the other to bring it forward. To manipulate more stroke characteristics you can go to windows, stroke and find a series of tools to manipulate that part of the object when you have it selected.
