think about the radius of the snowball as a function of time
R(t) = 300 - 2.3t
At t=0, the radius is 300 cm
At t=10, the radius is 277 cm
the snowball will be 'melted' when the radius is 0
So, set R(t) = 0 and solve for t
0 = 300 - 2.3t
2.3t = 300
t ≈ 130.44 minutes
