Teacher, native, Master's, AP certified, experience 25 years.
You need to look for teachers lectures online, or conversations about school topics between students, students and guidance counselors, students and teachers, use the close caption feature the first time, and listen again without it. Listen to radio shows, and soap operas, the dialogues have a nice pace, they tend to enunciate perfectly, and that will help you train your listening skills. Read the questions in the listening section carefully, familiarize with the choices, listen closely, and filter just what you need to make the right selection, disregard the rest, it is excessive verbiage, you don't need it, focus on targets. The more time you are exposed to the target language the better the chances to polish this skill.
