What do you mean? But I can help maybe:;
You would have to translate each word and then make an English readable translation. There are several books out there to do this- that is they have the vocabulary and commentary together and you can translate on your own. I have done this many times. You can do a literal translation which may sound odd in English or a more smooth translation which takes work. You will not be able to get it into the meter that Ovid uses however. That has already been tried and it not easy to do in English, if at all. English Romatics have done this but it sounds odd. I like the literal translations. There are also translations already done, you just have to match up the words and phrases with the Latin. I can hep with this if you need help.
