YES....
the general form of a fraction is x/n..
we divide the object into n equal parts and take x of them
Ex. 3/8 of the pizza
the pizza is divided into 8 equal slices, and then you eat 3 of them.
so 0/1 = 0/2 = 0/3 =... 0/n = 0 is just ZER0
Returning to the previous example: 0/8
the pizza is divided into 8 equal slices, and you eat NONE of them.
How much have you eaten?
NONE!
zero.
Secondly, a FRACTION is actually a division problem in disguise...
When you divide the numerator by the denominator, you get the DECIMAL
expansion of the fraction...
Ex. 5/10 = 5 divided by 10 = 0.5 or just 1/2
3/8 = 0.375
So, 0/1=0/2=0/3 =.... = 0/n = 0 since zero divided by any non-zero number is zero
