Cos is the inverse of sec so
Cos(x)=12/13
Sin(x/2) = +/- sqrt [(1-cosx)/2]
=+/- sqrt [(1-12/13)/2]
=+/- sqrt[(1/26)]
=+/- sqrt (26)/26
Since it is in First Quadrant the answer would only be the positive sqrt (26)/26
