Check the Brushes panel, and open the Brushes Library icon in the bottom left panel. I don't have a Wacom installed on my machine (I used to on my old one) and I'm running CC 2020, but I see a "Wacom 6D Brushes" option, I would guess those brushes are pressure sensitive.
If not, you can always define the brushes to be pressure sensitive. Doubleclick the brush you want and in the new dialog that pops up, you should see attributes like Angle, Roundness, and Size, each with a dropdown next to them. There should be a Pressure option in that dropdown. Select it, press OK, and give that a go! Hope that helps!
