Unfortunately the best way to study for the RLA of the GED is through practice practice practice. There are free websites which you can get a couple of questions but to be honest these websites want to sell you something. And most don't prove mustard. I've used the Kaplain books which are really good, providing hints and current sample questions. The "For Dummies" books are really good and my favorite. I've used them for some of my CSET test when I was going through my teaching credentials.
Of course, tutoring through Wyzant is always good as well (Yes, this was a plug, lol). Best of luck to you and applaud you for going after your GED!!!! It will open doors of opportunity.
