What is a good study plan for the TOEFL?

study plan strongly depends on your background and vocabulary depth.

if you think you know enough number of words and also you are good with grammar then I would recommend two reading passages+6 listening sections and 15 speaking practices a day. also you'll need to complete 4-5 writing practices a week. in addition there are some full exam practices that you'll need to start doing them 4-5 months after you have practiced each section separately. of course there are techniques for each skill that you need to practice them
