Ammonium chloride is NH4Cl
They are both soluble in water (aqueous), so the reaction would be written as
HCOOK(aq) + NH4Cl(aq) ==> HCOONH4(aq) + HCl(aq)
Since all four species are strong electrolytes, they all ionize/dissociate completely, leaving all ions in solution. The result is NO REACTION.
