9/10 divided by 6 = 9/10 divided by 6/1 = 9/10 * 1/6 = 9/60 = 3/20 yards each

2 of them is 2 * 3/20 = 3/10 yard

which incidentally is 3/10 yard * 3 feet per yard = 9/10 feet = 9/10 feet * 12 inches per foot = 10.8 inches

which is just under 10 and 13/16 inches
