From solubility rules, both reactants are aqueous, and both products, Fe(OH)2 and BaSO4 are solid (ppt)
Balanced Net Ionic:
Fe2+(aq) + SO42-(aq) + Ba2+(aq) + 2OH-(aq) ==> Fe(OH)2(s) + BaSO4(s)
