Using Natural Learning Styles to Discover the Joy of Learning
Hi Johney,
Do you have a business textbook from which you are expected to glean this information? Or is this a research project?
As I'm sure you know, there are now coaches for many areas in life, including business. Because of this, there are many resources available about coaching. Have you tried to Google or Bing this subject? Do you have access to some research libraries through your school? If so, use them. :)
I will share a few thoughts with you:
A coach is a teacher and more. A coach guides, motivates, and stretches his or her trainees while building in them the ability and desire to guide, motivate, and stretch themselves.
So what sort of characteristics would you need if you were a coach? Could you do all the things mentioned above, if you were impatient or didn't like other people? Or could you help others to grow and develop if you were the kind of person who did everything for them? Probably not.
These are good things to think about when making your list.
So remember, a good coach never does anything for those he is coaching; that they can and should do for themselves. ;)
