Your problem statement is a bit confusing. I assume you mean to dilate triangle ABC about point A (the origin) by a scale factor of 2.5.
Since A is the point of dilation, it doesn't move so A' = A. B' and C' are 2.5 times further away from A than B and C.
A' = A = (0,0)
B' = ((2.5·6, 2.5·0) = (15, 0)
C' = (2.5·2, 2.5·8) = (5, 20)
I assume you know how to plot the points on a coordinate plane.
