so we have :
log5 ( sqrt(5)) + log25 (x) =3
step 1 is do decide which log you want to work with, it doesn't matter which you choose.
You will need to know this formula:
loga x = (logb x) / (logb a)
example:
you can choose the base b but some values make more sense than others. I would use a base that is already in the equation.
log25 (10) ---> (log3 10) / (log3 25)
