Had some trouble with this one.. I know that the exponent rule for a^0 is 1. I'm lost on what to do. I have to simplify the following equation:

a^0 b^7 c-3 over 2b^5 c^3

assuming c-3 means c^(-3)...

(a^0b^7c^(-3))/(2b^5c^3)

(a^0)/2 * b^7/b^5 * c^(-3)/c^3

1/2 * b^(7-5) * (1/c^3)(1/c^3)

1/2 * b^2 * (1/c^6)

b^2/2c^6
