There may be a better/simpler way, but how about this....

(1) Reduce 2-butanone to 2-butanol

(2) Dehydrate with H₂SO₄ to make 2-butene

(1) CH3CH2C=OCH3 ----NaBH₄---> CH3CH2CH(OH)CH3

(s) CH3CH2CH(OH)CH3 ---H₂SO₄-->CH3CH=CHCH3
