So, we must find an equation of a line using the given information such that the perpendicular slope must be the inverse of the given slope m = -1/-0.3 = 3.3
y - y1 = m(x - x1)
y - (-8) = 3.3(x - 3).........Then distribute such that
y + 8 = 3.3x - 10..........Then subtract 8 to both sides such that
y = 3.3x - 18
