This is similar to other problems you have posted. Let's see if we get the same answer this time as well.
HCl + NaOH ==> NaCl + H2O
moles HCl = 0.0500 L x 0.1 mole/L = 0.005 moles HCl
moles NaOH = 0.0100 L x 0.50 mole/L = 0.005 moles NaOH
Strong acid + strong base in identical quantities = pH 7
Since the correct answer may depend on significant figures, be careful when entering the answer.
The concentrations of NaOH and HCl are given to only 2 sig. figs.

0.005 moles of NaOH will completely neutralize 0.005 moles of HCl to form NaCl and H2O. Since there is no more acid or base present, the solution is therefore, neutral and the pH will = 7.10/29/18
