As pointed out in another post, the rx is SA + acetic anhydride = aspirin + acetic acid
The mole ratio is 1 mole SA : 1 mole anhydride : 1 mole aspirin
In this example, acetic anhydride is the limiting reactant, so theoretical yield is 0.30 moles aspirin.
Percent yield is 0.25 moles/0.30 moles (x1005) = 83.3%
