H2AsO−4 is amphiprotic, with a Ka of 1.7×10−7 and a Kb of 1.8×10−12. An aqueous solution of an H2AsO−4 salt is created. Is the solution acidic, basic, or neutral?

Are you sure that the Kb is 1.8x10^-12, or should that be Ka3? Recall that Ka x Kb = Kw = 1x10^-14. This is why I'm asking if you are sure of the value of Kb (or Ka for that matter). It seems that one of them is incorrect.
