How to populate the same information in a different cell in a table in a word document instead of copying and pasting?

To put information in one cell into another, you type = and then click on the cell you wish to copy.

 

Say you have information in the cell A3, and you need to put that information in C8. You go to C8, press =, then click on A3, so C8 it looks like:

=A3

 

Additionally, if you change whatever is in A3, C8 will likewise change for you.
