length = w+14

 

2( length + width) = perimeter

2(w+14+w)=96

2(2w+14) = 96

4w+28 =96

4w = 68

w= 17

 

width = w = 17 m
length = w+14 = 17+14= 31 m

area = length * width = 31*17= 527 m²
