This is the part I get stuck how you were able to get this y + 4 = -9x - 18
y = -9x - 22 and the solution y = -9x - 22, I am trying to finger where the 18 and 22 came from? Sorry to ask so many questions.

(y - y1) = m(x - x1)
y - (-4) = -9(x - (-2))
