I have been doing "coverting units" on chemestry, and I havent been able to simplify this correclty.

(1.9x10⁶/2.56x10⁵) + 7.88 = 7.4 + 7.88 (the 7.4 has 2 sig. fig. based on the 2 sig. figs. in 1.9x10⁶)

7.4 + 7.88 = 15.28 rounded to 15.3 based on the 7.4 being to the 10ths (1 decimal).
