The conversion factor that I would use is 1gallon of gasoline weighs 2.83 kg (https://www.aqua-calc.com/calculate/volume-to-weight). Thus,
2.83 kg/gal x 13.6 gal = 38.5 kg
It would be of interest to know where the previous answer got the value of 1 kg = 0.26 gal. Which is equivalent to 3.8 kg = 1 gallon.
