POC +COA = 90

 

Also, POC is 3 times as large as COA

 

Let's call COA, "X"

 

The POC = 3X

 

Now substitute into the equation:

X + 3X = 90

 

4X = 90

X = 22.5

 

Therefore ,

COA = 22.5°

POC = 22.5*3 = 67.5°
