Listen, all you have to do is multiply (1/3) (7 3/4). In case you forgot, Make the mixed number, which is 7 3/4 into an improper fraction. This becomes 31/4. Now multiply,
(1/3) * (31/4) . When you multiply fractions you multiply the numerators together and multiply the denominators together. [(1)(31)]/ [(3)(4)}= 31/ 12... This an improper fraction; this is 2 7/12. There you have it.
