Having rotational symmetry means that the shape still looks exactly the same during roation at least once before it's completely rotated. I do not have rotational symmetry. Start rotating me and it isn't until I go through one full rotation that my feet are back on the ground, under my head, etc. A T does not have rotational symmetry, while an I does, because upside down it looks exactly the same as right side up. A + looks the same after 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 turns.

Draw each shape and test.
