If there is a 0.98 positive correlation, one might say the conclusion is justified.  Of course, since this is a correlation, it may be true, true and unrelated, as is the case with any strictly correlative study/conclusion.

thanks, but can I ask you question on stem cells research what can I say for making a judgement as whether the issues of stem cells research are important enough to stop the development.
