Looking at the complete molecular equation, with phases:
2FeCl3(aq) + 3K2S(aq) ==> 6KCl(aq) + Fe2S3(s)
Recalling that only aqueous species are dissociated and solid species are not, we can write the ionic equation:
2Fe3+(aq) + 6Cl-(aq) + 6K+(aq) + 3S2-(aq) ==> 6K+(aq) + 6Cl-(aq) + Fe2S3(s)
Cancelling spectator ions on each side leaves us with the net ionic equation as follows:
2Fe3+(aq) + 3S2-(aq) ==> Fe2S3(s)
