angular velocity = velocity / radius = (18.32 inch/s)/14 inch = 1.31 rad/s

 

OR

 

angular velocity = (distance/circumference) x 1 revolution/s = (18.32 / 28π ) (2π/s) = 18.32/14 = 1.31/s
