i found two formulas online for the surface area of a rectangular prism and idk which one is right

one of them goes like this

 

2(lh+lw+hw)

and the other has this

2(2(l)(w)+2(l)w+2etc u get the deal

The first one is correct.  I think the second one is not typed correctly.  Please retype it.  They may be equivalent.

 

A = 2(LH + LW + HW) = 2(LH) + 2(LW) + 2(HW)
