By the Inscribed Angle Theorem, the measure of the inscribed angle is one-half the measure of the central angle that subtends the same arc.

To the disapprover:  did you not see the obvious error in # 3 choice that student presented?
Any Geometry book will state that the measure of an inscribed angle equals half of the intercepted arc.
Had the student known this fact, the student would know the answer to this question.
It is GOOD ADVICE to tell students to "review the rules for measuring different types of angles associated with circles"
