Hello Zoie, the circle will have a center at the midpoint of this diameter.
The midpoint will be x= (-6+2)/2= -2 and y=(-6+0)/2= -3.
The length of this segment is 10. Lengths of "legs" are 6 and 8. 10 is square root of 36+64. However, this means the radius is 5.
Using the form that I know which shows the center and radius of a circle....
(x+2)^2 + (y+3)^2 = 100.
