If i have a wheel with 36 numbers and every day i pick a different random number for 260 days and every day the wheel is spun 50 times, how many times on average will the number randomly chosen on any given day come up over the course of all 260 days?

First, each day the probability of getting the number you selected at least once is 1 - (35/36)⁵⁰ .  Call that probability p.

Then the probability density function of that outcome in 260 trials is the binomial distribution with parameters 260 and p.

The expectation from that distribution is 260p.  I will leave the arithmetic to you.
