Let c = cost of choc-top

 

5p + 2c = 3p + 7c

c = 4.5

 

5p + 2(4.5) = 3p + 7(4.5)

5p + 9 = 3p + 31.5

5p - 3p = 31.5 - 9

2p = 22.5

p = 11.25
