The sulfur dioxide is 90% removed from flue gas. The SO₂ is emitted into the air in (mg/MJ). The heatvalue of the oil is 40 MJ/kg. What is the SO₂ emission in mg/MJ

What is meant by "The SO2 is emitted into the air in (mg/MJ)?"  I don't think one can answer this question as posed.
