Since electric motors have a straight straight line for their rpm vs torque curve,
- simply draw a graph with 2200 rpm at the extreme end for one axis and 0.04 N-m for the other. Connect those two points with a straight line
- half of 2200 is 1100, so the torque would be (1-1/2=1/2) half the stall torque, 0.02 N-m
