 just need help with this, thanks to anyone who can help me.

Graph the line y = 1. Add the point (4, 2) to the graph.

 

Since the line is horizontal, your reflection will keep the same x value but change the y value.  So your answer will be (4, ?). 

 

Moving vertically, notice that the point (4, 2) is one unit away from the line.  Move that same amount (1 unit) to the other side of the line.  You should be on the point (4, 0).
