I want to find out which team (each has different capabilities) would be the best if all of them were equal

I have 300 people doing a test and i have sorted them in 4 different groups according to their sight/vision (good and bad) and training (good and bad) . I want to find out which group would be the best if all were equal. I have the results of each person the average and standard deviation of each group. How do i do it?

I recommend doing a two way ANOVA analysis on your data. 

 

The two way ANOVA analysis will help you determine which group performed better based on the conditions you specified.

 

Excel has a great data analysis tool pak that you can use to do the two way ANOVA test.
