Calculate how many microliters of primary antibody you need to add to 150 μ l of blocking buffer to have a final dilution of 1:200 0 . How much would you need for 15ml of a 1:200 0 antibody solution?

What is the 1:200 0?  Is that 1:200 or 1:2000?  Assuming it is 1:200 of O antibody, then ...

150 ul/200 = 0.75 ul added to 150 ul is a 1:200 dilution.  

To make 15 ml, you need 100x this amount or 75 ul.  This is because 150 ul is 0.15 ml and 15 ml is 100 x that.

 

Assuming it is 1:2000 dilution, then ...

150 ul/2000 = 0.075 ul added to 150 ul is a 1:2000 dilution.

To make 15 ml, you need 100x this amount or 7.5 ul
