Student, people are avoiding this question because of the ambiguous "lg" notation.
It's not conventional; I believe that you intend to mean "logarithm" but which base (10 or e) it should be makes a difference. Either say log (common log, base 10) or say ln (natural log, base e).
I also think that your second equation is best written as yx2 = 125. While you can use • for multiplication, you should not use the period (.)
I suggest that you should revise this question accordingly.
