Sec^2(x)+tan(x)=1 ,[-90°,90°)

Sec^2(x)+tan(x)=1 ,answers between [-90°,90°) how do i solve this?

if you use the Pythagorean identity 1 + tan²x = sec²x,  you can put this into the form of a quadratic equation involving tan x only.  Then you're off & running!
