Would not the answer be .212kg?
Technically the answer .0353x=75 is 212.46....grams.
If we are to round, would it not be off the significant figures, which there are three?
Then only when we converted to KG, do we round; .21246....KG? Which would be .212kg.
Am I missing something?

You are not missing anything.  I was careless in my rounding and significant figures.  Indeed, the correct answer, to three significant figures would be 0.212 kg.
