Look at the ∆EN, i.e. difference in electronegativity.
N-N ∆N = 0
S-O ∆EN = 0.86
Cl-F ∆EN = 0.82
K-O ∆EN = 2.62
Li-F ∆EN = 3.00
And applying the formula 1-e-(0.25)(∆EN)^2
SO: 16.9% ionic
ClF: 15.5% ionic
KO: 82% ionic
LiF: 89.5% ionic
So, the only one I disagree with you is that I find SO to be more ionic than ClF. Hope this helps.
