Which graduate cylinder is more precise measuring device ? 

- The 50mL graduated cylinder 

- The 10mL graduated cylinder 

- Neither, they both have the same precision

-Neither device is precise they should not be used for measuring liquids. Is better to use a 50mL beaker instead of a graduated cylinder.

Precision is a measure of reproducibility of measurement, i.e. how close several measurements are to each other.  Thus, neither is more precise than the other.  The 10 ml graduated cylinder would probably be more accurate than the 50 ml, only if it has smaller graduated divisions, but it won't be more precise.
