The sum of the digits = 10, and that the number has 2 even digits are your first clues.
Possibilities for the number ab = 10, where a = 1st digit, and b = 2nd digit are
ab = 28
ab = 46
ab = 64
ab = 82
These are the only possibilities given the restriction that the number have 2 even digits = 10
Dividing by 5 we find (64 ÷ 5) = 60 + 4 is the only number which satisfies the 1 st condition,
so your number is 64
