Help with unit rates.

Mr.Green is repairing the bathroom and kitchen faucets .the bathroom faucet leaks 8 ounces of water in 12 minutes.The kitchen faucet is dripping at 6 ounces in 10 minutes.
 
A)What is the  unit rate for both faucets.
 
B)Is the relationship between time and ounces proportional for each faucet?

     Grigori's method is correct, but he reduced 8/12 incorrectly. It reduces to 2/3, so your final answer must be adjusted to 2/3 + 3/5 = 19/15 oz/min.
